All clinical decisions are made solely by the treating hospital and its licensed medical staff.

2. No medical advice

Nothing on this website — including hospital descriptions, patient stories, blog articles, FAQ content, or communications from our coordinators — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation. Any information about procedures, conditions, or hospitals is provided for general informational purposes only. Patients must consult qualified medical professionals for all health decisions. Any clinical or diagnostic documents we handle are official documents issued by hospitals; we translate them but do not interpret or advise on their content.

3. Medical fees paid directly to hospitals

ChinaCare does not collect, hold, or process medical fees on behalf of patients or hospitals. All medical payments are made directly by the patient to the treating hospital. ChinaCare charges only for its own coordination and escort services, which are invoiced separately and described in our service packages.

4. No visa services

ChinaCare does not provide visa services, immigration advice, or legal assistance with entry requirements. General information about China's visa-free entry programme on this website is provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect the latest policy. Patients are solely responsible for ensuring they hold appropriate travel documentation. For current visa requirements, consult the official Chinese embassy or consulate in your country.

As of 2026, China offers visa-free entry of up to 10 days for citizens of many countries. This policy can change without notice.

5. No post-departure follow-up

ChinaCare's coordination services apply exclusively to the period of the patient's stay in China. We do not provide any post-departure medical follow-up, remote monitoring, or ongoing care management. Patients requiring follow-up care after returning home must arrange this with their home-country healthcare providers.
