Address: No. 24 Binshui Road, Hexi District, Tianjin

Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital — also known as the National Clinical Research Center for Cancer — is one of China's two pre-eminent dedicated cancer hospitals, alongside Shanghai's Fudan University Cancer Center. It handles the highest volume of cancer cases in northern China and has particularly strong programs in breast cancer, oesophageal cancer, lymphoma, and haematological malignancies.

The hospital's radiation oncology department is equipped with state-of-the-art linear accelerators and operates one of China's most active stereotactic body radiotherapy programs. Its surgical oncology teams perform high volumes of complex resections including total gastrectomy, oesophagectomy, and hepatopancreatobiliary procedures. The haematology department is a national leader in bone marrow transplantation and CAR-T cell therapy.

For international patients with cancer diagnoses seeking second opinions or treatment in China, Tianjin Cancer Hospital represents one of the strongest options in the country. The international patient centre provides dedicated oncology case managers who coordinate multi-disciplinary consultations, translate pathology reports, and liaise with overseas oncologists. The hospital is located in Hexi district, approximately 40 minutes from Tianjin Binhai International Airport.
